MCA II is the general partner of MCP II, MC AFF II and MEP II, and may be deemed to have indirect beneficial ownership of shares of the issuer directly owned by MCP II, MC AFF II and MEP II. MMA II is a managing member of MCA II and may be deemed to have indirect beneficial ownership of shares of the issuer directly owned by MCP II, MC AFF II and MEP II.
